The terms for downloading, licensing and using Enamio.
Last updated: 2 May 2026
Enamio is accounting support software for Australian dentists. You are responsible for the records you enter, the decisions you make using those records, and any lodgements or filings made to the ATO or other authorities.
Enamio provides calculations, summaries and estimates to help you manage records and prepare for BAS, tax planning and accountant handoff. It does not provide financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. You should confirm important decisions with your accountant, tax agent or other qualified adviser.
A paid license allows one person to use Enamio on the number of Macs permitted by the plan. Unless otherwise stated, a standard license is for one Mac at a time. You may deactivate an old Mac through the License Portal when moving to a new Mac.
Each download includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, Enamio requires an active license to continue using the app.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can request cancellation by emailing support@enamio.au. Your license remains active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law or these terms.
If Enamio is not right for you, email support@enamio.au within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
Enamio stores app data locally on your Mac. You are responsible for maintaining backups and keeping backup PINs safe. Encrypted backups cannot be recovered if the PIN is lost.
You must not misuse Enamio, attempt to bypass licensing, interfere with the licensing service, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
We may update the app, website, pricing, licensing systems and these terms over time. We aim to keep Enamio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, downloads, licensing service or support channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enamio is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss caused by missing backups, or decisions made without professional review.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@enamio.au.
